TRANSITIONAL PERIOD - BANKING PROCESS

According to the UK Banking Code of Practice to open the new Limited Company Bank account it is necessary for the Director to visit the bank in person with two forms of identity. The banks administration process will take approximately five working days.

The agency will directly credit the Director's new business account. It is the responsibility of the Director to inform both the agency and Pinnacle Freelance Ltd.

If you are working as a contractor, you can earn more by being paid by your own LIMITED COMPANY as a Director and shareholder.

All appropriate deductions (tax, NI contributions, etc) will be made before you get paid.
